  • 120ml tahini
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 150g dark chocolate

  3. Line a cake tin with baking paper and press the mixture evenly into it.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and dip each brownie square before placing them on baking paper to set.
  6. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
