  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into uniform bite-sized florets.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and shake off excess.
