  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted for glaze)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Combine with dry ingredients until soft dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about ½ inch thick and cut out shapes using a donut cutter. Let rest for another 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Brush donuts with melted butter and cook in batches for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the glaze, mix melted butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Dip each donut into glaze before serving.
