  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and all spices (garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne).
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges alongside your favorite sides.
