  • salt for taste
  • pepper for taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder (plus additional 1/8 tsp)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 12 slices of cooked and crumbled Turkey Bacon
  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce sliced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 medium red onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (sugar free)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (sugar free)
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook 16 oz of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup, 1/4 cup sugar-free mayonnaise, 1 tsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. In a large salad bowl, drizzle some dressing around the sides. Add Romaine lettuce, pickles, onions, grape tomatoes, crumbled turkey bacon, and seasoned ground beef. Toss gently and drizzle more dressing before serving.
