  • 4 slices Center Cut Turkey Bacon
  • 1 White Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Poblano or Bell Pepper, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 pound Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 packet Chili Seasoning
  • 28 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
  • 34 cups Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a Dutch oven over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same pot, sauté diced onion and pepper until softened. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the turkey sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks until no longer pink.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, chili seasoning, and beef broth to the pot. Mix in the chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 45-60 minutes before serving.
