  • 4 cups cooked, cubed or shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  2. Prepare the vegetables: If using fresh broccoli, blanch it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until bright green.
