1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup diced banana peppers
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
