  • 1 packet rapid rise instant yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey (or agave nectar)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (100-110°F)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your bread pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and yeast.
  3. Combine olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, and warm water with the dry ingredients using a stand mixer on low for one minute.
  4. Add egg whites and salt; mix on medium speed until well combined.
  5. Transfer dough to the greased pan, cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel, and let rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 205-210°F.
  7. Cool in the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
