  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • ⅔ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup dairy-free butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 lightly whisked eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour mix, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add cream corn and drained whole kernel corn to the dry mixture. Stir in almond milk, melted dairy-free butter, sugar, and lightly whisked eggs until well combined.
