  • 3 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest (grated on a Microplane)
  • ½ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
