  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Lower the heat and add butter to the skillet with beef. Once melted, stir in minced garlic for about one minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta into the skillet, toss well, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top until melted.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with Parmesan and fresh parsley, then serve hot.
