  • 1¾ cups pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup almond meal/flour
  • 2 tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • For the topping: 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 191°C (375°F).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and yogurt. Microwave for 1 minute; stir and heat for another 30 seconds until fully melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and baking powder. Fold into the melted cheese mixture using a silicone spatula until combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape each into an oval about 8mm thick on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden at the edges.
  6. Prepare the topping by mixing melted butter with garlic powder and parsley; brush onto baked naan and return to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes.
