  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose baking flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in intervals of 30-45 seconds.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and oil until smooth. Stir in melted chocolate.
