  • 3 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 ¼ cup milk (at room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Warm the milk to about 45°C (115°F). Slowly add it to the dry mixture along with softened butter, eggs, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Grease a baking pan and scoop dough balls into it using an ice cream scoop.
  4. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for about one hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  6. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  7. Brush melted butter over the tops before serving.
