  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • Shredded mozzarella or dairy-free cheese
  • Gluten-free pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and mix in garlic powder, basil, and oregano.
  3. Combine Bisquick mix, water, and olive oil into the egg mixture until smooth.
  4. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and fill each cup about 3/4 full with batter.
  5. Add a layer of shredded cheese followed by a spoonful of pizza sauce on top.
  6. Sprinkle more cheese over the sauce.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
