  • 1/2 cup hemp protein powder
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, hemp protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, cinnamon (if using), and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, vanilla extract, and almond butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full with batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
