  • 2 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray an 8×10" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Steam chopped cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl with water for about 5 minutes; drain well.
  3. In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with steak seasoning until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in cooked cauliflower, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup cheddar until combined. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish.
  5. In another bowl, mix beaten eggs with heavy cream and melted butter; pour over the beef mixture.
  6. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
