  • 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cooked Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/8 Cup Green Onion (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Spread the mixture evenly on the parchment paper in a circular shape.
  3. Bake the cheese shell for about 5 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden. Drain any excess oil.
  4. Place cooked chicken over half of the cheese shell, then layer bell peppers, tomatoes, and green onions on top. Fold the cheese shell over to cover the fillings.
  5. Return to the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes until heated through and crispy.
