  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 low carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, diced tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spoon half of the chili mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place them seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining chili sauce over rolled hot dogs and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and set.
