- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 low carb tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, diced tomatoes, water, and spices. Bring to a boil then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Spoon half of the chili mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place them seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining chili sauce over rolled hot dogs and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and set.
