  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and cutting broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Lower the heat and mix in heavy cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until creamy. Top with remaining cheese, cover for 2–3 minutes until melted.
