  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 14 ounces pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Form into meatballs.
  3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat and sear meatballs until browned on all sides.
  4. In the same pan, add tomato paste and cook briefly before stirring in pizza sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Reintroduce the meatballs into the sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
