  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy; add oil and vanilla.
  4. Incorporate beaten eggs and corn syrup into the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Bake for about 28 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
