  • 2 large bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  5. Reduce heat; add cream cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Transfer mixture to the baking dish. Layer with provolone followed by mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
