  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese (or preferred combination)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup low carb pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and oregano; blend until combined.
  3. Layer 1 cup of Asiago and 1 cup of mozzarella at the bottom of the baking pan. Pour egg mixture evenly over the cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until set. Remove from oven; spread pizza sauce on top and add remaining mozzarella along with desired toppings.
  5. Broil on high until golden and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serve.
