  • 7 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
