  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, cinnamon, sea salt, and sugar. Mix in pumpkin puree and grated carrots.
  3. Melt almond butter with maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until fully incorporated. Gradually add milk for desired consistency.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the lined dish.
