  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
