  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 2/3 cup sweetener (of choice)
  • 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a water bath by filling a baking pan two-thirds full with water.
  2. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and prepare your crust if desired in a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a food processor or blender, combine all filling ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared springform pan and place it on the center rack above the water-filled pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an additional five minutes without opening the door.
  6. After cooling, refrigerate for at least six hours before serving.
