  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup for drizzling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese filling by mixing room temperature cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. For the pecan topping, combine melted butter, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, milk, pumpkin puree, and sweetened condensed milk.
