  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned salmon and place it in a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork until slightly chunky.
  2. Add the egg, mustard powder, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into four equal patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
