  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Layer seasoned potatoes in the slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning; place on top of the potatoes.
  4. Spread minced garlic over the chicken and pour enough sauce to coat thoroughly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top to melt.
  7. Serve warm with optional garnishes.
