  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded/chopped)
  • 9 ounces frozen spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, and parmesan cheese until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F, then increase temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
