  • 1 packet instant rapid rise yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (slightly cooled)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºF and grease an 8X8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together gluten-free flour, warm milk, and water over medium heat until thickened; set aside.
