  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice steak against the grain and chop vegetables.
  2. Marinate steak with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook marinated steak for 2-3 minutes without stirring for a sear; flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and stir-fry until opaque (2-3 minutes).
  6. Incorporate bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds; serve immediately.
