  • 1/4th cup Oat flour (20g)
  • 1 scoop Whey / Casein blend (30g)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch (9g)
  • 1/4th tsp Baking powder (1g)
  • 1/4th cup Liquid egg whites (60g)
  • 1/3 cup Fat free greek yogurt (75g)
  • 12 tbsp Water (25g)
  • 3 drops Red food coloring
  • 1/2 tbsp White chocolate chips (7g)
  • 1 Strawberry

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, cornstarch, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, mix liquid egg whites, Greek yogurt, water, and red food coloring.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until bubbles form and pancakes are golden brown.
  6. Serve topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and syrup as desired.
