Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sour cream, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the superfine almond flour and baking powder until the mixture is thick. If too thin, add an additional 2 tablespoons of almond flour.
  4. Using a scoop, place six mounds of batter on the prepared baking sheet without flattening them.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them to avoid overbaking.
