8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. olive oil (for browning mushrooms)
1 2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drained well (optional)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Italian Blend cheese
1 tsp. + 1/2 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
4 eggs, beaten well
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 oz. sliced turkey turkey pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a glass pie dish with non-stick spray.
In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine both cheeses with Italian seasoning.
In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in heavy cream and garlic powder.
Layer cheese mixture in pie dish, pour egg mixture over it, then top with cooked mushrooms and turkey pepperoni.
