  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian Blend cheese
  • 2 oz. sliced turkey turkey turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a glass pie dish.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine both cheeses with Italian herb seasoning.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs with heavy cream and garlic powder until well mixed.
